On your first visit, we will have a packet of paperwork ready for you to fill out, these forms are also available at the bottom of this page to fill out at your convenience before your appointment. These forms will give us important information about you and your condition. The doctor will spend some time asking specific questions about your condition to determine if chiropractic care is right for you.

Examination

After discussing your condition the doctor will give you a thorough examination. This important information will allow the doctor to have a better understanding of your condition and how chiropractic can help you. If warranted, X-rays will be performed. If chiropractic care is not the answer for you we will refer you to the proper physician.

Report of Finding and Treatment

After all the information has been gathered and evaluated, the doctor will give you a report of the findings. Here the doctor will go into more depth about chiropractic care, explain what was found during your exam and x-rays, and explain the treatment that is right for you.
